We ask our young people what they want to be when they grow up, and we do everything in our power to give them an internship within that career field. We have a 90% placement in the top two career choices of our young people. We hope to not only expose our young people to careers and opportunities that fit within their dream, but to nurture and support their passion into a vision and a path to get there
